On 2 June 2014, the first ever organised International Islamic Education Conference took place in London, UK, where over 500 guests from different sectors of Education had the opportunity to participate from across the globe.

By the grace of Almighty Allah (SWT), the WF Qum Office - with the assistance of community students -organized the short one-week course: Tibb-e-Sunnati (Traditional Medication) at Dar al-Zahra (sa). The instructor, Mr. Baqir Zadeh, explored different ways to treat various diseases using traditional medication.
Brother Fazle Abbas Kanji, one of the participants, commented, “I found the course useful as we learned remedies of number of diseases. The teacher was very confident when speaking on the subject.”
Some of the major areas covered in the course were: pressure points, reflexology, shoulder & back pains, issues related to heart, liver and intestines and overall tips for living a healthy life.
