Buzz Ideazz, the Children’s Islamic Library and Stanmore Jaffery’s have come together to help with this year’s Children Helping Children campaign as part of Ramadhan Relief! They are launching a sponsored Readathon for 2015, which will take place from Ramadhan 2015 through to 31st August 2015.
Children Helping Children is an exciting part of our annual Ramadhan Relief Fund, where we encourage children to take part and raise money for those in need. It’s a great way to raise money but also to get children involved with the community and have fun doing different activities!
The Sponsored Readathon is a fantastic event as it encourages the habit of reading, promotes Islam and raises funds for a good cause all at the same time! All you have to do is support and encourage your child to read a small amount every day. You can get family and friends to sponsor them (Eid is a perfect opportunity as people get together!) and all the money raised goes to the Ramadhan Relief Fund. That’s all there is to it!
Let us know how your child gets on with their Sponsored Readathon on our social media pages, we love to hear the amazing amount of effort people put in and how much they raise for the Ramadhan Relief Fund!
