On Saturday 25 February 2017, Essex Jamaat opened its doors to guests from the local area. People attended from all faiths and none. The theme of the event was ‘Prophets and Messengers’.
The last couple of months have all been about the Tarbiyah Curriculum
On 30th June - 02nd July 2018 CoEJ SAN and MCE ran the Train the Trainer (TTT) for The Tarbiyah Curriculum Program.
Seventeen facilitators in total from Europe have been trained, they have had a busy summer supporting madaris in Europe
Subsequently, teachers from five madaris have been trained and have started the Tarbiyah curriculum roll out.
One program has also been conducted where support was given to new teachers from any CoEJ SAN madaris.
Ten out of the fifteen madaris under CoEJ SAN have rolled out the Tarbiyah Curriculum.

Madrasah Centre of Excellence:
In response to meeting the needs of madrasah teachers of Bands A and B, the Madrasah Centre of Excellence (MCE) will shortly release a booklet which provides detailed guidance on the structure and teaching of Tarbiyah relating to those two bands. The booklet includes the following areas:
