The World Federation’s Ramadhan Relief Fund 1436 is hard at work distributing food baskets, cash gifts and other aid to families living in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bosnia, Djibouti, India, Iraq, Kenya, Madagascar, Pakistan, Palestine, Tanzania and Uganda.

On Thursday 7 November 2013, 4 shells were fired at the Shrine of Sayyidah Zaynab. One of the shells struck one of the minarets causing minor damage. Another hit the courtyard, injuring 30 people, 15 of which were women and children.
In India, senior citizens are abandoned by their children because they can no longer afford to care for them. The World Federation supports these men and women with the aim of bringing dignity and peace of mind to our elderly.
