MCE Training in November

Learn about all the incredible training which took place between MCE and Madaris teachers this month!

Training: Online Tarbiyah Train the Trainer (TTT)

Date: 7th November 2020

Every academic year, madaris recruits new teachers that need to be trained on how to teach the Tarbiyah curriculum. Since the training can no longer take place face to face, MCE has developed an online version of the training which incorporates virtual teaching techniques.

In order to be able to reach all the new teachers across the regions in a timely fashion, MCE partners with the regions to train trainers to facilitate these training programmes. The training that took place on the 7th of November was to train 11 CoEJ trainers to be able to train any new teachers in their region.

It took place virtually over zoom and was facilitated by Br. Naushad Mehrali and Sr. Sajeeda Virani. The participants were very happy with the training and feel confident to be able to share it with the teachers in their region.
