Fill My Cup 2016: 1,437 children will receive breakfast at school

Fill My Cup Appeal 2016:  1,437 children will receive breakfast at school in Kenya thanks to support of donors

In February 2016, The World Federation launched the Fill My Cup Appeal, a breakfast-at-school program which aims to provide students in Kenya a hot porridge breakfast every morning so that they can find success in learning from a full stomach. We have seen that children in this program are happier, laughing, energized and are able to focus in the classroom. They are even scoring better on assignments and exams.

Thanks to the generosity of donors from around the world, the appeal raised enough funds to feed breakfast to 1,437 children for one year. This incredible accomplishment will bring smiles on the faces of the children and will ensure that they benefit from the daily lessons taught at their schools.

The World Federation is grateful to every donor who gave so generously in the name of Bibi Zainab (as) whose legacy continues to spread goodness in our world.
