Youth Camps in India

The World Federation and India Federation are holding two residential camps in India this April.

The Girls’ Youth Camp will run first, from April 23rd to the 27th and is open to girls aged 9 – 13. This is the 6th camp of its kind for girls in India, each being incredibly well received by participants and parents alike. One parent said ‘My take away from the camp was that it made sure that the girls were regularly engaged in programs thereby making sure that they remained interested. The best part was that religious activities were also structured in a manner that made the girls motivated to perform. I am sure this experience will matter a lot in their religious, as well as personal lives, in the years to come’. The camp is divided into lectures, assignments and personal development and covers a wide range of topics, from Taqleed and the importance of Namaaz to time management and public speaking.

Following on directly, the Boys’ Youth Camp will run from 27th – 30th April for boys aged between 13 and 16. This is the sixth boys’ youth camp in a row and will follow a similar format to the camp for girls. The course is aimed to cover a range of interesting topics including interactive sessions on Islamic guidance, wudhu & namaaz assessment, sports activities and personal development training. This is a fantastic opportunity for children to develop Islamically, spiritually and socially, with other like-minded children of our community.

We have received incredible feedback about this camp in the past, with one parent saying ‘Thanks a lot for helping our children towards spiritual development with such innovative lessons. My son is back spiritually stirred’.

The deadline for applications for both of these camps is the 10th of April. Do not miss out on this incredible opportunity for self-development!
