The World Federation provides support to Tableegh in Kosovo

Updated 11 September 2013

In August 2013, Head of Islamic Education, Sayyid Aliraza Naqvi, met with the head of NISA, an organisation that works towards Tableegh of the teachings of the Ahlul Bayt in Kosovo. The organisation is headed by sister Ikballe Huduti and her husband. Some of their work can be seen on www.vlera.net  The World Federation had initially assisted them 12 years ago and have maintained the links and ties until today.

In his discussions with sister Ikballe, Sayyid Aliraza explored ways to assist the efforts in Kosovo. He agreed to provide them with books in Albanian:

1. The Holy Qur’an in Albanian.
2. Reprinting the Albanian book "PRINCIPET E  FESË" (“Principals of faith”).
3. Support to publish a number of children's books which are currently being worked on.

Sayyid Aliraza comments: “The World Federation remains focused and committed to external tableegh efforts. It is through such organisations that we find we can work to support their efforts and not duplicate their efforts. I am sure our generous donors will support this initiative, and that volunteers will come forward to join our external tableegh team.”
