The 25th of May marked the re-opening of the "Al-Najaf Residence" for Pilgrims after nearly 40 years!
The inaguration ceremony was attedned by eminent personalities from the Learned Aalims, Political and Business fraternity from across the globe.

Work on a 12 storey Pilgrims Residence in Karbala has already started. When completed in 2018, the "Al Qasr Residence" will be able to accommodate around 500 pilgrims comfortably. The estimated cost of this project is approximately US$ 10/12 million and so far generous mo'mineen have contributed US$ 4.5 million.
Alhamdulillah the office of His Eminence Grand Ayatullah Al Sayyid Ali Al Husseini Al Sistani (may Allah grant him a long life) has contributed US$ 100,000 towards this cause. If you would like to donate towards this project, please email [email protected].
